- When you've found something that you want, please write down the product code and price. Do also state the quantity and colour (if applicable).
- E-mail us your order at pearlpets@yahoo.com or send us your order via our order form at which can be found under the "Helpdesk" category.
- Wait for our reply, and we will also let you know our banking details once the order is confirmed.
- Please bank in the money into our account, and once payment is done, please provide us the transaction details and also your mailing details, so that we can post the items to you.
- Once we have posted the items, we will provide you with the tracking number so that you can track the whereabouts of your item.
