Where are you located?
Pearl Pets' physical outlet is located in Malacca. There are two outlets; one is located in Melaka Raya, beside Italy Bakery, and annother is located in Dataran Pahlawan first floor.
What are your operating hours?
Our online store serves you 24/7, 365 days a year. However, our operation hours for our physical outlet in Melaka Raya is from 12pm to 10pm. Our outlet at Dataran Pahlawan is opened from 10am to 10pm.
How can I purchase your products if I'm not in Malacca?
Well, we do accept online orders for pets' accessories and food. You can e-mail us your orders or simply submit us your orders by filling our the order form. We will try our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
How can I do my payment and how will I get my items?
You can pay us by doing online banking transaction or through ATM machine. We will give you our account number once your orders are confirmed. After we get the payment, we will post the items to you via your chosen method.
Who will bear the shipping cost?
The shipping costs will be beared by the buyer unless stated otherwise. The shipping cost varies according to the chosen method and also the weight of the items purchased.
How long does it takes for my items to reach?
The duration taken will depends on the type of shipping method you have chosen. Normally, the fastest time will be about 2 to 3 days. The duration taken also depends on the area or country you live in.
How can I ensure that you have posted the items after I made the payment?
We will post your items within 2 to 3 working days after your payment is received. We will provide you with the tracking number of your parcel, so that you can monitor the whereabouts of your items via online. The tracking number is our way of guaranteeing that we have posted your items.
Can I purchase if I live outside of Malaysia?
Yes, anyone can purchase our products, but the shipping cost will be higher for those outside of Malaysia. The time taken for the items to reach will be longer as well. The price of the items will be calculated according to our exchange rate.
Can I ask for a refund and cancel my order after payment is made?
No, we do not entertain cancellation of orders once payment is done. So, please do not order if you are not confirmed. Once the payment is made, no refund will be given.
What happens if the items that we receive is damaged?
We will ensure that we have checked the items before shipping it, and we will also make sure that all items is in good conditions and packed properly. However, if the items are damaged upon arrival, we will not be responsible for it.
Can I exchange the items after receiving the items?
No, no exchange or return of products can be made. We do not wish for a messy account and it will be very troublesome if every customers want to exchange the products. So, please be confirmed with your orders before making any payment.
